SUNVOXY CONTEÚDO E SOLUÇÕES ONLINE LTDA, trading as Sunvoxy, registered under CNPJ No. 62.575.773/0001-53, headquartered at Rua Tiradentes, 220, Quadra 15, Lote 03, Bairro Pico do Amor, Cuiabá – MT, Zip Code 78065-075, hereinafter referred to as "Sunvoxy", establishes these Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using, or accessing any infoproduct (e-book, course, micro-SaaS) provided by Sunvoxy, the user explicitly agrees to all Terms and Conditions established herein. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with the purchase or use of the products.

Creation and distribution of digital content and solutions (infoproducts and micro-SaaS) in varied market niches.

Platforms: The sale and delivery of Sunvoxy's digital products are conducted through third-party platforms, such as Hotmart and Kiwify, which are responsible for secure payment processing and access management.

3. Intellectual Property and Product Usage

  • All infoproduct content (texts, videos, images, SaaS source codes) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • The purchase of a product grants the client only an individual and personal license for use.
  • Resale, copying, distribution, sharing, or any type of reproduction of Sunvoxy materials without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of this clause will subject the infringer to applicable legal penalties.

4. Refund Policy and Warranty

Sunvoxy adopts a policy of transparency and respect for the consumer, following the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and partner platform rules.

4.1. Right of Withdrawal (Legal Guarantee)

In compliance with Art. 49 of the CDC, the customer has the right to request a full refund (right of withdrawal) within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment confirmation, for any infoproduct or digital service.

4.2. Extended Warranty (If Applicable)

Specific products may offer an unconditional extended warranty (e.g., 15, 30 days). If applicable, this will be clearly specified on the official sales page. The maximum warranty period is the longer of the legal or the advertised extended period.

4.3. Micro-SaaS (Subscription Service)

For software subscriptions (Micro-SaaS), after the initial 7-day withdrawal period, cancellation can be requested at any time. Refunds will be governed by the specific subscription cancellation policy and may be proportional to the unused period, as detailed at purchase.

4.4. Request Procedure

Refunds must be requested directly on the purchase platform (Hotmart or Kiwify) or via email at suporte@sunvoxy.com.br with your full name and transaction code.

6. Final Provisions
